We're Hiring Full Stack .NET Developer – Microsoft Stack

Location:Remote in Guatemala or Honduras

Salary:US$2,800 monthly as a contractor

We're hiring a developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to help us modernize a legal practice management platform, build scalable new features, and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline development.

You'll work on end-to-end solutions—from intuitive front-end UIs to robust back-end APIs—and collaborate with an international team in a bilingual environment using Microsoft Teams and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable full-stack applications using .NET (C#), SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop responsive, maintainable UIs with React, Angular, jQuery, or TypeScript
• Design and debug RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and advanced T-SQL for data access
• Host and deploy solutions using Azure, AWS, or serverless platforms
• Apply AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor to accelerate coding
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions
• Contribute to code reviews and system architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in .NET backend development
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: React, Angular, jQuery, TypeScript
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and performance tuning
• Experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET
• Familiarity with Azure , AWS , or equivalent platforms
• High-level English (B2+/C1) and Spanish communication skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
• CI/CD pipelines or DevOps knowledge
• Mobile development with Xamarin, .NET MAUI , or React Native
• Experience with Docker or other container platforms
