As a Medical Affairs Specialist you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contribute to the preparation of Medical Management Plans (MMPs), trackers, reports and other deliverables
• Participate in data review activities relating to patient safety and diagnostic results
• Liaise with investigational sites and sponsors on medical affairs issues, under supervision
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Safety, Regulatory Affairs and other operational teams
• Attend internal and external project meetings and teleconferences as required
• Support financial tracking, including unit metrics, out-of-scope activities and change orders
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation and project tracking systems
• Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows across Medical Affairs

You Are- A background in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related medical field.- Prior experience in a clinical research, medical affairs or patient safety setting preferred.- Understanding of clinical protocols and regulatory standards.- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.- A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to travel occasionally (
