Empresa de Telecomunicaciones contratará: INGENIERO(A) N1. Será responsable de brindar soporte técnico a clientes empresariales e institucionales a través de teléfono, chat, correo y visitas de campo. Entre sus funciones destacan el registro, diagnóstico y resolución de incidentes de conectividad y equipos de red, así como el escalamiento oportuno de casos más complejos. También realizará monitoreo proactivo de redes y servicios, documentará cada caso en CRM, apoyará en mantenimientos de cómputo, impresión, CCTV y control de acceso, y verificará la correcta activación o restablecimiento de servicios, garantizando una atención profesional, ágil y de alta calidad. OFRECEMOS: • Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm • Sueldo base entre Q6,000.00 – Q8,000.00 • Capacitaciones constantes • Ambiente agradable de trabajo • Trabajo presencial en zona 14 REQUERIMOS: • Estudiante o pénsum cerrado de Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas, Redes o similares. • Experiencia comprobada herramientas de informática y de redes, herramientas de ticket. • Deseable tener Certificaciones CISCO, Mikrotik o similares. • Con excelente atención a clientes, comunicación verbal y escrita.
