• Your daily tasks

Performance Management

• Designing and implementing an airport-wide Performance Monitoring Framework enabling structured reporting across operational KPIs and key resources (e.g. OTP, Turnarounds, BHS, PRM, Security, […])
• Leading and facilitating and further developing the post-operations Meetings as the central mechanism for performance evaluation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Developing and maintaining performance KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, while preparing and delivering structured performance presentations to key partners such as airlines, ground handlers and ATC
• Promoting a>
• Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

--The Required ProfileStudies / trainingPostgraduate degree (Master/Engineering diploma) in Aviation Management, Business Analytics, Operational Research or equivalent experience--ExperienceA minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in airport operations, performance analysis, business intelligence, or operational improvement. Experience within an airport, airline, or ground handling context is preferred--Skills And Knowledge Required

• English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum) operational level in the business
• French: operational level in the business (B2 minimum)
• Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, data interpretation, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel; knowledge of airport systems (AODB, RMS, CUPPS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders and foster transparency.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and accountable with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
