About Us

Our Network Management Service is made up of three dynamic teams: Network Coordination, Civil Parking Enforcement, and Traffic Control. Together, we work to keep Oxfordshire moving. The Network Coordination Team plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our highways. We manage utility, developer, and private works under the Oxfordshire Permit Scheme, aiming to minimise disruption and maximise performance across the network.

 

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Coordination Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll carry out inspections of streetworks to ensure they meet the standards set by the Oxfordshire Permit Scheme, the New Roads and Street Works Act, and relevant Codes of Practice.

You’ll work closely with Senior Officers and the Team Leader – Operations, supporting inspection targets (A/B/C inspections), issuing Section 74 charges and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) to drive compliance. You’ll also help coordinate works and play a key role in mentoring and supervising Assistant Officers.
