Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in an instructional design or learning experience design role.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Evolve, Articulate Storyline 360/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
- Experience applying adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies to real-world projects.

As a Compliance Content Designer, you will sit at the intersection of learning design and program management. You will influence learning program design with your interest in learning design, while ensuring that design goals are in scope, adequately resourced, and built to achievable timelines. You will be a key player in ensuring that compliance learning programs are user-focused, effective, innovative, and delivered on time. You will maintain strategic partnerships, balance dependencies, and help keep the RCI Education and Awareness team on track. The RCI Education and Awareness team is responsible for compliance training, communication and awareness processes that help to ensure we are following the policies, guidelines, and the laws and regulations that impact the innovative products, and ensure the business achieves its goals consistent with the law and the company's expectations.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate and enhance the content creation process, from drafting initial scripts to generating imagery and assessments.
- Partner effectively with vendors, subject matter experts (SME), program managers, and business stakeholders to define learning objectives, scope projects, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure that all instructional materials are clear, concise, engaging, and adhere to RCI's design standards.
- Manage instructional design projects from scoping to completion, and are on time.
